Consumer Rights

This Returns Policy applies to purchases made through Clover & Collar’s Website and is compliant with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013  and  Consumer Rights Act  2015.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cooling-Off Period (Change of Mind)

If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days  of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing or by email within the 14-day period.

Returning Items

• Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
• You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as returned goods remain your responsibility until received by us.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
• Standard delivery charges will be refunded (premium delivery upgrades are nonrefundable)

Exclusions

The right to return does not apply to:

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Sealed goods unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

In accordance with UK law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Return postage costs will be refunded in these cases.
