Where do you ship to?

Clover & Collar currently ships within the United Kingdom and Ireland.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details where applicable.

Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I choose the correct size for my dog?

We recommend measuring your dog carefully and referring to our sizing guide before placing an order. As every dog is different, sizing can vary even within the same breed. If you need assistance, please contact us prior to purchase.

Are your accessories suitable for all dogs?

Our products are designed for everyday use and are suitable for most dogs. However, some fashion-focused or textured collections may not be suitable for very strong dogs or excessive pullers. Please ensure the product is appropriate for your dog’s size, strength, and behaviour.

Are your harnesses adjustable?

How should I care for my accessories?

We recommend hand washing all accessories at a maximum temperature of 30°C and allowing them to air dry naturally.

We accept returns on unused items in their original condition within the timeframe stated in our Returns Policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may be excluded from return eligibility.
